From Check-In to Check-Out
1. Room Entry
Check-in time: from 15:00 (except for approved early check-ins)
Please press the “Unlock” button once to reset the keypad before entering your passcode.
Enter the 4-digit passcode on the keypad. The passcode was provided in the check-in guide email sent 5 days before your arrival.
Press the “Unlock” button to open the door.
✅ Correct passcode: The smart lock indicator will blink twice and you will hear tow short beeps.
❌ Incorrect passcode: The smart lock indicator will stay lit and you will hear one long beep.
NOTE:
Please press the keys gently while entering the passcode, as pressing too hard may cause double inputs.

2. Check-In
Please remove your shoes before stepping onto the floor, and use the tablet to check in.
For detailed steps, refer to the "How to Check-in" guide located next to the tablet.

3. Check-Out
Check-out time: by 10:00 AM
Please ensure all windows and doors are closed before checking out.
