How to Store Luggage After Check-out

After check-out, we recommend using the locker rooms near Shinjuku Station.

You can take the train from Higashi-Shinjuku Station to Shinjuku-sanchome Station (just 1 stop, about 3 minutes).

After leaving from Exit E10, you will find several locker rooms as shown in the photos below.

(If the locker rooms are full, there are several other options in the surrounding area.)

After storing your luggage, you can enjoy shopping, cafes and sightseeing around Shinjuku Station until it’s time to head to the airport.

When it gets close to your departure time, here are the recommended routes to the airports.

You can take the Narita Express from Shinjuku Station directly to Narita Airport.

Travel time: about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Route: Shinjuku Station (Narita Express) → Narita Airport

You can take the JR Yamanote Line to Shinagawa Station, then transfer to the Keikyu Line.

Travel time: about 37 minutes.

Route: Shinjuku Station (JR YAMANOTE LINE) → Shinagawa Station (Keikyu LINE) → Haneda Airport
